Specificity: Recognizes the human CD90 cell surface antigen, a 25kD glycoprotein homologous to rat Thy1. The antigen is expressed by a subset of CD34+ve cells in the bone marrow and by some cells within the thymus.

Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Flow Cytometry: 1:10-1:15 10 μL labels 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
